When I started out in 2011 I was only a filmmaker — I could not code, and I was certainly not an engineer. The years since went into one thing: making a single frame say what it means. A Kaohsiung Film Festival award, a nomination at the Australian RODE short film competition, and a creator network with 600M+ cumulative reach.

I went all in on generative AI more than two years ago, starting with image generation. In 2025 I led the team in bringing AI into the entire production chain — concept, storyboard, generation, post — and the studio whole way of working was rebuilt around it. The capability kept widening: after imaging came vibe coding, which is generative AI too, except this time the output runs. Since then: 5 in-house apps, 2 content production systems, the TangYi Workshop SaaS platform, and 10 open-source projects on GitHub. Today I work across the whole of generative AI as both creator and engineer, teaching the method as an industry lecturer at Wenzao University, through my own courses, and with industry platform partners.

Since 2012, Xunxi has cultivated deep expertise in business negotiation and financial architecture. With over a decade of financial risk management experience, he brings "Capital Operation × Business Development × Resource Integration" into AI industry transformation, converting complex AI technologies into commercially viable financial models.

Currently overseeing the company's financial stability and business development systems, Hsun-Hsi leverages data-driven financial management to ensure every AI interactive project achieves maximum commercial conversion from development to deployment.

Tomas

AI Technical Director / International Senior Photographer

Originally from the Czech Republic and based in Taiwan for over 10 years, Tomas brings deep expertise in international tourism development and supply chain management. He excels at integrating "European aesthetic cinematography" with "AI digital workflows" — from lecturing at hospitality institutions to founding cross-border travel brands, Tomas redefines the technical boundaries of AI video production with an international perspective.

Currently serving as the team's AI Technical Director and Chief Photographer, he focuses on developing automated AI image production pipelines, managing visual direction for international projects, and helping brands expand into global markets.
