These terms form an agreement between you and TangYi Studio Co., Ltd. （瑭宜網路多媒體有限公司）, covering all services on tangyi.mx and its subdomains. By using this site you agree to them.
1. Accounts
This site uses Google sign-in. We never store your password.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
You may request deletion of your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
2. Member points and tiers
Points and tiers are an internal feature of this site and have no cash value.
Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn.
We may change how points are earned or spent; significant changes will be announced in advance.
If an account is suspended for breaching these terms, unused points are not compensated.
3. AI assistant
This site is currently a showcase site and does not offer generative AI features to visitors. The only publicly available AI feature is the AI assistant (the chat widget and the /ai-chat page).
Messages you type are sent to an AI model provider to generate a reply. Do not enter sensitive personal data or client confidential information.
The assistant's answers may be inaccurate or out of date. For quotes, delivery times and contract terms, only our written reply is binding; statements made by the assistant are not an offer or commitment.
We do not store conversations, so we cannot retrieve an earlier conversation for you.
Do not use the assistant for harassment, high-volume automated requests, or attempts to extract system configuration.
We may limit or withdraw this feature where we find abuse.
TangYi Workshop, when launched, will provide genuine generative AI features under its own separate terms, which are not covered by this section.
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, articles, visual works and brand identity of this site belong to us unless otherwise marked.
You may browse, share links, and quote with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or use it commercially without permission.
Copyright in commissioned client work is governed by the separate contract for that project, not by these terms.
5. Prohibited conduct
Attempting unauthorised access to our systems, database, or other users' accounts.
Automated bulk scraping or interference with the service.
Uploading malicious code or using the site to distribute spam.
Impersonating others or misrepresenting your relationship with us.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may add, change or discontinue features. Significant changes affecting your existing rights will be announced in advance.
We are not liable for suspensions caused by maintenance or events beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this service.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded in advance by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We will update the "Last updated" date above when we change these terms, and announce significant changes on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.
