What first-time app owners actually ask is almost never a technical question.
“I don’t know tech — will I just be told what to do?”
No. We do not talk to you in jargon. Every decision comes with the reasoning, the options and what each one costs you. You do not need to understand the tech — only which option suits your business.
“What if I can’t see any progress halfway through?”
Every build lands on your phone. Not screenshots, not slides — a real app you can open and use. You always have the latest version, instead of seeing the product for the first time on delivery day.
“What if it gets built and then can’t be published?”
We know the store rules better than you do, and we rule out the impossible before work starts. If something does get blocked, you do not wait — we have turned a rejection around in two hours the same day. Not luck; we knew what to change.
“Once it’s live, am I on my own?”
No. OS updates, policy changes and crash reports all need someone on the other end — we handle exactly this for our own products every day. Shipping is the start; staying alive is the point.
